Portland has quite a few wedding venues, but when I heard that Vibrant Table Catering<\/a> is opening their loft for events, called The Loft at 8th Ave<\/a>, I was very excited as Kurt is a genius when it comes to vision and execution. I have worked with Vibrant Table Catering before many times, and every wedding has been a lovely executed affair with amazing food and professionalism. When Vibrant Table purchased the loft at 8th ave, they hired me to photograph the progress every week and it was really fun to see how everything came together. The place went from a run down old place to a beautiful state of the art headquarters with amazing kitchen and meeting rooms. I was very happy to hear that they were going to change one of the big rooms in to a Portland event space. I photographed right after demolition, and when I came back, I could not believe how beautiful it looked with the upgrades! There is still more work to be done, but what I see is really amazing. It is in the same category in some ways as Left Bank Annex or Urban Studio, but with more VT touch. “The freshly renovated 43,000-square-foot facility is home to Food in Bloom Catering, Vibrant Table Catering & Events, Vibrant Flowers and the administrative portion of f&b cafe. It features a beautifully decorated client reception area and tasting rooms, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a floral and d\u00e9cor design area and ample space to house and stage the equipment allowing Food in Bloom and Vibrant Table to produce the unique culinary experiences for which they are known.
