This was a beautiful wedding at Kruger’s Farm at Sauvie Island with lots of little touch. Maranda and George were very easy to work with – I used to play soccer with George and he is as tough a midfielder as it gets but off the field, he is a very easy going guy. We had some great weather as well! I knew it would …
Continue readingHere are some new baby and family portraits. My style is a more artistic, relaxed, capture-the-moment one as opposed to the traditional (boring) mall studio stuff and I am trying a more casual approach to portraits that is designed to capture moments while still making grandma and grandpa happy. Let me know what you think!
Continue readingHere are couple quick ones from Vanessa and Ozgur’s Turkish style wedding at Timberline Lodge. David, Vanessa’s father, walked her down the aisle with Mt. Hood as the backdrop. Vanessa speaks Turkish quite fluently and was leading the belly dances on the dance floor while Ozgur did a great job dancing to Michael Jackson. More pictures coming soon when we finish editing the whole wedding.

So some of these are darker than normal, but that is how the ambiance was. Taking pictures of fast …

Continue readingMost of my bookings come from referrals, and this was no exception. Crystal and David are a referral from a referral. Pretty cool! One of the really fun aspects of shooting weddings is the variety of locations – so far I shot on a train, a cruise boat, in Mexico, at art museums, castles, brewpub, and now a theater. I am really in love with …
